7/23/07 Werigh in
Weigh in this week is 227. Not as bad as I was thinking. Only a 1 Lb gain. I will take it.

Weigh In for week of 7/16/07
Had a weigh In Last week of 231 and this week is pretty good. 226 even.
I really have to get my own scale though. Not sure if the one I am using calibrates like the other one I was using. I think this one only shows whole pounds, not in Oz's also

OK Moe-Moe, You can do it. Lots of water fruits and veggies, salads and don't forget the protein.
