The weigh in for today was 225.2 lbs. A .2 loss from last Friday. The goal is to get below 220.4 before Friday. So the salads and the water and a little walking are coming into play.
Walking at least 15 mins 2 times a day this week. And at least 3 days.
I did some walking to this weekend Like 4 blocks to and from my car to a restaurant and I had sore knees the next day. LOL I really am out of shape.
Well more update tomorrow....... or later today.
