Activity and Good food is a good thing.
With my diet being so poor for almost 5 months I was scared when I did go back to eating that my body would hold onto the food thinking it was gonna starve again (starvation mode). But it didn't and I have been steadily losing since I started working. Wooooooooooo Hoooooooooooooo!!!!
